Before you inquire

Questions,
answered clearly.

Specific commercial terms are confirmed for each inquiry.

How do I choose the right product?

Start with the application: crop, growing environment, climate and installation method. For greenhouse film, include your structure dimensions and light requirements. For irrigation, include system pressure, filtration and emitter spacing. Final suitability should be checked against the product specification and your project requirements.

Which specifications should I include?

For films, send width, length, thickness, color and any required treatment. For nets and ground covers, include dimensions, material construction and weight or shade requirements. For drip tape or dripline, include diameter, wall thickness, emitter spacing, flow rate and operating pressure. If you are unsure, explain the application first.

Can I request custom specifications or packaging?

You can include customization requirements in your inquiry. Availability, technical feasibility, packaging options, minimum quantities and lead times must be confirmed for the selected product. Customization is not guaranteed until it is agreed in writing.

What are your minimum order quantities?

Minimum order quantities have not been published. Ask for the MOQ for your selected product, specification and packaging. Include your intended order quantity so the quotation can address it directly.

Are samples available?

Please request samples for the exact product you are considering. Availability, sample size, any charges and delivery arrangements require confirmation before a sample is arranged.

How are shipping and delivery handled?

Include the destination country or region, delivery location and required timing in your inquiry. Shipping options, freight costs, trade terms, documentation and estimated lead times need to be confirmed in the quotation or order agreement.

What do you need to prepare a quotation?

Provide product names, specifications, quantities, packaging preferences, destination and target delivery timing. Drawings or a material schedule can help clarify a project. Pricing and availability are confirmed through a quotation; no price is implied by this website.
